Al Mulla Plaza is situated very close to the Al Mamzar bayside area, an area that had been artificially created in order for the local residents to have a more beautiful seaside view and area. The Al Mamzar area will soon have a huge neighbour with the constructions of the Palm Deira being very fast with the first quarter of the island already being established. Thats how, the Deira area, which Al Mamzar is also part of, will soon become the Nr. 1 attractions of Dubai.
Al Mamzar area is also starting to be touristically considered as being an important part of Dubai with hotels and resorts being built in its area. Examples are the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments, the Bavaria City Suites, being only some minutes away from Al Mulla Plaza or the Ramada Hotel Apartments, which is already in Sharjah, being only a 10-minute drive from Al Mullah Plaza. Al Mulla Plaza is located along the huge Al Ittihad Road that goes straight to Sharjah. The Dubai International Airport is very close to the Al Mulla Plaza and the place has very good public transportation with the Dubai Metro’s Al Quiyadah Station, which is quite close to the shopping Mall. For the fans of sports the Al Shabab Club and the Dubai Bowling Club is also in the area. The Al Mamzar bayside area is a little bit further from the Al Mulla Plaza, but only 5 metro stops.
