The Dream Palace is located next to Al Rigga and Al Muraqqabat district, which is famous for its great shopping streets, and the many restaurants and bars located there. The Al Rigga Metro station is about 800 metres from the hotel, which can be quite a lot with luggage. The neighbouring parts of Deira offer the various sorts of traditional Arabic souks, out of which the Dubai Gold Souk is the most popular. If you catch a cheap taxi, it will take you to the Dubai Creek. It is about 2 kilometres on foot. If you go straight on foot towards the Creek, you will bump into the beautiful dhow port, the Dhow Wharfage directly. Next to the wharfage, there is the Baniyas Marine Station, as this is from where the Abra or water taxi stops, to carry guests to the opposite lying historical Bur Dubai. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit further from many attractions, so catch the cheap official taxis, which will take you there for lower costs. The Dream Palace Hotel Dubai is quite close to the airport, only 10 minutes by car. There is a shopping mall called Reef Mall nearby the hotel and the Hamarain Centre is nearby.
The Dream Palace Hotel offers 154 nicely furnished rooms with wall length windows, air conditioning, a fridge with flat screen TV, minibar and the nice panorama of Dubai. The bathroom contains hairdryer too. The restaurant of the hotel offers fair dishes and there is a non-stop coffee shop for having a nice cup of coffee or tea there. The internet costs 10 DH per hour. Do not use the internet in the hotel. Nearby there are lots of cyber cafés or simple cafés where you can get free WIFI if you buy anything there. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool area with terrace for sunbathing. The hotel has a small gym too. The information desk of the hotel offers the booking possibility for a couple of programmes, but not all of them so you may have to look around first to check on the prices and quality of these tours.
Although there is bus line going next to the hotel, yet it is not advisable to go by bus because its departure times are very flexible. There is free parking next to the Dream Palace Hotel Dubai. The hotel offers free shuttles from and to the hotel, but the shuttle start working from 9 am.
The Dream Palace Hotel Dubai is great for short stay and economical tourists. The good point in it is its busy location and all the places around it. The prices of the Dream Palace Hotel Dubai are close to the lowest standard.
