Ziplining in Dubai is an exhilarating experience that offers a unique way to explore the city’s stunning skyline. Located in the heart of the city, the zipline is the world’s longest urban zipline, measuring over 1,800 metres in length. Adventure seekers can experience the thrill of zipping through the air at speeds of up to 80 km/h, while enjoying views of the Burj Khalifa and other iconic skyscrapers.
The zipline is located in Dubai Marina, and is operated by XDubai. The experience begins with a safety briefing and harness fitting, followed by a ride up to the launch tower. Once up, riders will be suspended in the air for a few moments before being launched off into the sky, soaring over the city at speeds of up to 80 km/h.
The zipline consists of two parallel cables, which riders travel along in a seated position. While in the air, riders can take in the incredible views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and the Dubai skyline. The experience takes around five minutes in total, and is a great way to get a bird’s eye view of the city.
The zipline is suitable for riders of all ages and sizes. Riders must be at least 1.2 metres tall and weigh between 45 and 125 kilograms. XDubai also offers tandem rides, which are great for couples or friends wanting to share the experience.
The zipline is open between 9am and 10pm daily, and tickets start from AED 175 per person. XDubai also offer a range of packages for groups, which include access to the zipline, a drinks package, and a meal.
