Wild Wadi Dubai is among the top tourist spots in the city, it is a 12 acre water theme park with several slides and rides for the visitors. You can spend the whole day in this theme park as you can find numerous fun filled activities. Wild Wadi Water Park is located at Jumeirah. The park has two shops for purchasing gift items and souvenirs. You can also find three restaurants where you can enjoy having great meals. Several snack shops are also there in the park from where you can buy snacks. Wild Wadi Dubai is perfect for hosting family events and corporate events.
This water theme park is perfect for family as children can enjoy great number of the rides. Several traditional slides are there in Wild Wadi Dubai. Both single and double seating arrangements are includes on each ride. Different types of ring rides available at Wild Wadi are tunnel of Doom, Tumble Falls, Thunder Rapids, Rushing Rapids, and the Falcon Fury. Another popular ride is the Family Ride in which the whole family can enjoy the ride together. Family Ride consists of two parts. The First Half consists of an exciting ride known as Summit Surge, and the other part is Rushdown Ravine. Summer Surge will take an uphill ride to the pool area and Rushdown Ravine takes you to the downhill slide to 560 ft.
There are eight Master Blaster slides in the park such as White Water Wadi, Hos’N Hurler, Wadi Twister, Flood River Flyer, Wadi Basher, Falaj Fury, Wadi Leap and Jebel Lookout. All these slides are sending the riders both upwards and downwards with the help of water jets which are highly powered. Tantrum Alley and Burj Surj are the new slides in Wild Wadi. Tantrum Alley provides you a feeling of being in a tornado along with sliding.
Jumeirah Sceirah is a water slide which provides a free fall from the height of 33m at a speed of 80 km/hr. Flow Rider consists of slow rides which are suitable for people who do not like speedy rides. Wipeout and Riptide consists of huge waves where people can enjoy kneeboard, body-board, and surfing. Beakers Bay is a pool in which huge waves are created where surfers can enjoy surfing. The waves of the Beakers Bay can go up to a height of 1.5m and the waves are formed in five configurations.
Juha’s Dhow and Lagoon can be enjoyed by children as it is a water playing area where children can enjoy more than hundred fun filled games. Juha’s Journey is a river ride of 360m in a boat. Juha’s Journey is an enjoyable ride where people can go under the waterfalls. Wild Wadi Dubai will be open from 11am to 6pm during winter and 11am to 9pm during summer. Non-Muslim women are allowed inside the Wild Wadi water park daily, but Muslim women can enter only on Tuesday along with children aged below 10 years. Normally, the entrance fees for adults and children above the height of 1.1metres are AED 150. For children, you have to give AED 124 as entrance fees.
