Ain Dubai, located on Bluewaters Island in Dubai, UAE, is the world’s tallest observation wheel and the centrepiece of the Bluewaters development. It stands at a height of 210 metres, making it the tallest observation wheel in the world, surpassing the 167 metre High Roller in Las Vegas.
Ain Dubai has a circumference of 520 metres and is capable of carrying 1440 passengers in its 28 air-conditioned capsules, with each capsule accommodating up to 40 passengers at a time. The wheel itself is made up of four steel rims and is powered by a massive electric motor.
Ain Dubai was designed to provide visitors with an unparalleled view of the city of Dubai and the Arabian Gulf beyond. From the top of the wheel, visitors can get up close and personal with the city’s iconic skyline, as well as enjoy views of the nearby man-made islands such as Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach.

Ain Dubai is accessible to the public every day from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Adults pay Dh130 while children aged 3 to 12 are charged Dh100. Guests who are 12 years old and above are considered adults and must pay the adult rate.
